2. What the site is

novatova.online publishes general editorial information about consumer computer security. It is an information site. It sells nothing, takes no orders, holds no accounts and operates no form of user registration. Purchases made through links on this site are contracts between you and the third-party vendor concerned; we are not a party to them and we are not the vendor’s agent or reseller.

3. No professional advice

Nothing here is legal, financial, tax or professional security advice, and nothing here is a security assessment of your particular systems. Content is general in nature and may not suit your circumstances. Decisions about purchasing or configuring security software are yours.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Czech law. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you are habitually resident continue to apply and are not affected. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution facilities and their national consumer authority; in the Czech Republic the competent body for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce).
